It was after my breakup, I shifted to a new place where after 4 to 5 months I saw a girl. A cute 17 years chick. She use to come with her dog (Neo). We started talking, and some fine day I gave her a confession about my feelings. Just one day before that day I got to know that she is a Star. She is a Singer. That one thing ” she is a Star ” made me think a hundred things before I tell her about how I feel towards her. “I gave up on the thought to tell her how I feel about her” but I talked to my mom and brother, they cleared my doubts and finally I managed to convey my feelings gathering all the courage I have.
(When you like someone the status doesn’t really matter, what matters is how genuine are you towards that person.)
So I told her about how I started liking her.. She very politely said No. Yes, it’s hurts when you get rejected. But there was a good part to it.. “We are still friends”. My feelings for her were not that strong or I wasn’t fully attached to her.
Reason to share this incident.
We often fail or fear to convey the feelings we have for someone. Fears like it might ruined the friendship, what if he or she said no.. Etc.,.
Let me make it clear to you guys. Whenever you like someone you should just go and tell them. Because the sooner you confess much lighter and easier it becomes for you to decide the rest. After getting an answer from the person, now you have choices ( these are choices if the answer is NO )
1. Keep chasing on him or her.
2. Move on focus on something else or yourself. (not someone else, okay?, just give a break to that chasing shit)
3. Have faith that some day she or he will come into your life as a partner or better one. Till that time I’ll explore my knowledge improve my skills, etc.
4. Find someone else.
Life give you choices either to move on and enjoy the present or to be stuck in the past or memories that hurt you. Your life, your choices. Be wise when you make one.
Be optimistic change your perspective.. “Life isn’t that complicated, but our minds are”.
